Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal and binding agreement between you ("User") and we1we ("Company", "us"). By accessing the we1we website, registering an account, making a deposit or using any of the services we provide, you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms stated in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using the we1we platform immediately. Continued access to the platform is considered full acceptance of all applicable terms.

we1we reserves the right to change, add to or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after such changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

User Eligibility

we1we services are provided exclusively to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that restricts participation in online gambling
• Not listed on any recognised self-exclusion programme or gambling prohibition
• Registering for one account only — multiple accounts for a single user are strictly prohibited

we1we reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to request verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or related documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the we1we platform. Registration of more than one account by the same user, using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment information, is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any funds held within them.

Users are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date
• Keeping their password and account login details confidential
• Notifying we1we immediately if there is any unauthorised access to their account
• All activity that takes place within their account, whether carried out by themselves or by any other party

we1we will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their own login information secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The we1we platform supports a range of local and digital payment methods to facilitate financial transactions for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed securely using the latest encryption technology.

Users may only withdraw funds to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has gone through the required verification process. we1we reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes.

Funds deposited via a particular method may be subject to the terms of use of that method. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of any third-party payment provider they use.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

we1we offers various promotions for registered users. All bonuses are subject to the stated terms and wagering requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The we1we Welcome Bonus is as follows:

• 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300
• Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Example: deposit RM100, bonus RM100, balance RM200 — wagering requirement RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Example: deposit RM800, bonus RM300, balance RM1,100 — wagering requirement RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

The we1we VIP programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members. There are five (5) VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with cashback rates from 0.2% to 0.8% depending on the user's loyalty level. Progression to a higher tier is determined by the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

Game Rules & User Conduct

we1we users are required to comply with all game rules set by their respective game providers. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use unauthorised third-party software, or interfere with the integrity of a game is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is prohibited on the we1we platform:

• Use of automation software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in a game
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes
• Transferring funds between user accounts for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements unlawfully
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account
• Any form of money laundering through the we1we platform

we1we reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing an account while an investigation is ongoing. we1we's decision in such matters is final.

Usage Restrictions & Account Closure

we1we reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• There is a violation of any term in this document
• The user provides false, incomplete or misleading information
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering
• The user fails to submit the requested identity verification documents
• There is a court order or direction from a relevant authority

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact our customer support via live chat or email. Any legitimate balance in the account is subject to an identity verification process before it is returned.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The we1we service is provided "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied. we1we does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors or delays at all times.

we1we will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform
• Indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, natural disasters or factors beyond our control
• Actions or failures of third-party payment providers

Privacy & Data Protection

we1we is committed to protecting user privacy. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the terms in our Privacy Policy.

User data is collected solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, regulatory compliance and service improvement. we1we will not sell or disclose users' personal information to third parties except as stated in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise relating to the use of the we1we platform, users are required to contact our customer support team first via live chat or email for internal resolution. we1we is committed to handling every complaint carefully and within a reasonable timeframe.

If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through the arbitration procedure established under the international licensing regulatory body under which we operate. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Users agree that any legal action must be filed in the relevant jurisdiction, not where the user resides.
